Justice Ready provides access to a software platform for preparing and managing legal documents.

All payments are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue, or have a billing concern, please contact us at support@justiceready.ca. We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a refund in appropriate circumstances, including duplicate charges or system errors.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
